About the Institute
What is the Conviction Institute?
The Conviction Institute helps leaders at every stage of their careers reclaim their identity and earn their conviction. It was founded by Glenn Llopis, and its curriculum is built on his Leadership in the Age of Personalization® methodology and his six books.
Who is it for?
Anyone who leads, starting with leading yourself. That includes early-career leaders feeling the pull to become who the role expects, experienced leaders who sense something has gone missing, and organizations that want their people to lead from who they are.
What is the conviction crisis?
The conviction crisis is what happens when people edit themselves to fit their roles until they no longer lead from who they are. Independent research describes it under many names, including the trust gap and engagement collapse.
See the evidenceWhat are the five rings?
Self, home, organization, community and generation. Conviction starts with you and radiates outward through each ring; when it fades, the loss travels the same way. The Conviction Diagnostic measures all five.
What is Leadership in the Age of Personalization?
It is Glenn Llopis's methodology for leading people as individuals rather than as roles. It rests on three practices, opportunity, individuality and reinvention, with conviction as the throughline, and it is documented across his six books.

With the Conviction Diagnostic: twenty questions, about three minutes. It shows your conviction score, the ring where it has faded most, and the one next step that fits where you are.

No. It is a private moment of truth, not a personality test or a performance review. It measures where your conviction stands across the five rings of your life.
Can I experience the methodology for free?
Yes. The 20-minute crash course offers a first taste of Earning Conviction and Conviction Over AI, and the Library holds full webinar sessions and summit reports you can watch and download at no cost.

Glenn Llopis leads every live session and private debrief himself. Sessions are never pre-recorded.
For organizations
How can my organization work with the Institute?
Two ways. A Team Cohort takes one leadership team through the full methodology together. An Enterprise Partnership builds the capability across the organization. Both are scoped by proposal to your size and goals.
Explore options for organizationsWhat does an engagement look like?
Four steps: a conversation to scope what needs to change, assessments for every leader, live sessions and the online curriculum, and progress measured against the goals you set at the start.
How is the Institute different from Glenn Llopis Group?
Glenn Llopis Group transforms the organization: culture, strategy and workforce. The Institute develops the people inside it. Many organizations work with both.
